You might not think of sending emails as a marketing technique, but it is increasingly popular among companies. This may shock you, but it is thought Americans spend up to five hours of the day checking their emails. When you take this into consideration it will really get your business out there and known using this method.  Americans were surveyed and they stated that their preferred method of communication with brands is via email. This is because it is the least intrusive and puts the least pressure on the consumer.
